At Dancing Goats® Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable merchandise and quality guarantees on our freshly roasted coffee.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and the reason for your return.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure non-perishable items are in their original packaging; for quality issues with coffee, please provide the roast date and batch number.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
