How fresh is the coffee when it ships?

We roast our Dancing Goats® beans in small batches and ship them within 24 to 48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your package departs.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blends and save on every order. Choose your delivery frequency and manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

Can I return coffee if I don't like it?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact our support team and we will make it right.

Do you sell whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings, including Drip, Espresso, or French Press, to suit your brewing method.
